Role Overview

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit a flexible and compassionate Bank Care Assistant.

This casual, part-time position offers fantastic work flexibility, allowing you to cover shifts as and when needed (such as for annual leave or sick leave). In this role, you will help residents enjoy each day by providing quality care, daily living support, and warm companionship—making a meaningful difference on both day and night shifts.

Key Details

Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour
Hours: Flexible / As and when required (Bank contract)
Contract Type: Bank / Casual
Shift Pattern: Days or Nights Available (Hours will vary)
Closing Date: 1 September 2026

What We Are Looking For

To join us as a Bank Care Assistant, you will need:

Some prior experience caring for older people
A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills
A warm, empathetic, and compassionate nature dedicated to high standards of care
