Location: Brampton View Care Home, Brampton Valley Lane, Northampton, NN6 8GH
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 37.50 hours per week (Permanent, full-time contract)
Shifts: Days

About the Role

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will help create safe and attractive surroundings that allow residents to receive the quality care they deserve. Responsibilities include:

Undertaking a wide variety of property maintenance and repair tasks across the building and grounds
Ensuring the home always gives the right first impression and remains safe, tidy, and well-maintained
Interacting patiently and warmly with residents, combining your practical skills with a caring nature

About You

To join the team as a Maintenance Assistant, you will need:

Prior experience in property maintenance or general repairs
A patient, caring nature and a genuine interest in supporting older people
Reliability, a strong attention to detail, and a willingness to turn your hand to diverse tasks
