About the Role

As a Permanent Maintenance Assistant at West Oak Care Home, you will help create the safe, attractive, and welcoming surroundings that enable our residents to receive the quality care and support they deserve. Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring every area of the home and its grounds give the right first impression and remain well-maintained.
Undertaking a diverse range of property maintenance and upkeep tasks throughout the day.
Working in an environment where every day brings variety while keeping standards exceptionally high.

About You

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual with a considerate approach. To join us, you will need:

Some prior experience in property maintenance.
A patient, caring nature and a genuine interest in the wellbeing of our residents.
A readiness to turn your hand to various tasks focused on keeping the home safe and pristine.
