Working closely alongside the Home Manager, you will manage core administrative and personnel operations to ensure the smooth running of the care home. You will oversee people data management using Care UK's internal systems, assist with recruitment and HR processes, and provide periodic reception cover to welcome visitors, families, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative operations within the care home in close collaboration with the Home Manager.
Oversee and maintain accurate employee and people data using Care UK’s dedicated internal systems and procedures.
Support recruitment and selection tasks, assist with HR administrative duties, and provide professional front-of-house reception cover.

Requirements

Proven experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications as well as bespoke IT systems and databases.
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential personnel records.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills paired with a resident-first, collaborative approach.
