In this role, you will promote holistic health and fitness packages, connect prospective members with tailored wellness solutions, and engage with the local business community. Working 32 hours per week, you will foster a sales-focused environment across the club while driving membership growth and managing corporate account relationships.

Role Description

As a Sales Executive, you will actively engage with prospective members to assess their personal health needs and match them with suitable membership packages. You will conduct outreach to local businesses, organize community awareness events, act as an account manager for corporate clients, and collaborate with shift teams to achieve site sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Engage prospective members to understand their health goals and recommend appropriate facility membership options.
Conduct community outreach, organize local events, and manage relationships with local corporate accounts to build brand awareness.

Requirements

Proven experience in a target-driven sales, customer service, or business development role.
