About the Role

As a Permanent Head of Maintenance at Wimbledon Beaumont, you will ensure our facility provides a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment so residents feel truly at home and staff can excel. Your varied responsibilities will include:

Overseeing all general property, building, garden, and grounds maintenance tasks.
Working independently, leading a maintenance team, and supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning.
Liaising professionally with external contractors for specialized jobs outside your team's expertise.
Guaranteeing all maintenance activities are carried out with utmost sensitivity to the needs and wellbeing of our residents.

About You

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on professional dedicated to high standards. To join us, you will need:

Hands-on experience in property maintenance, holding at least one core trade skill alongside a broad range of maintenance abilities.
A patient, caring nature with a genuine interest in resident wellbeing.
Flexibility regarding working hours when required.
A full UK driving licence, good IT literacy, and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
