Location: Stubbington Manor Care Home, 139 Stubbington Lane, Fareham, PO14 2NF

Salary: £45,000.00 per annum

Hours: 40.00 hours per week

About the Role

As Care Home Deputy Manager, you will support the delivery of the high-quality, person-centred care we are known for. Working closely alongside the General Manager and stepping into full leadership duties in their absence, you will oversee care standards, motivate staff, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life.

You will lead by example, maintaining and monitoring high standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and strict regulatory compliance. Drawing on your leadership capabilities, you will develop and deliver operational strategies to continuously elevate the home's performance.

About You

To join us as Care Home Deputy Manager, you will need:

Proven experience in supporting residents with complex health needs.
A successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
HR experience, alongside a solid understanding of budget management.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing within a care setting.
A compassionate, resilient nature with the determination to deliver quality care in an engaging, energetic environment.
