Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Submission Officer to join a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of insurance claims, billing documentation, and financial records while maintaining compliance with healthcare insurance regulations and organizational policies. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments to support efficient revenue cycle operations and deliver excellent service to patients and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

Process, validate, and submit inpatient and outpatient insurance claims while ensuring compliance with insurance policies and pricing guidelines.
Review, resolve, and resubmit rejected or unpaid claims, prepare financial statements, and maintain accurate billing documentation.
Respond to financial and insurance-related inquiries from patients and internal departments while supporting continuous process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field such as Medical or Health Sciences.
AAPC or AHIMA certification is preferred.
2–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare insurance claims, billing, or revenue cycle management, preferably within a large healthcare facility.
