Location: Weystone Manor Care Home, Robin Lane, Woking, GU22 0GA

Pay: £17.93 per hour

Hours: Bank / As and when required (Casual, flexible part-time role covering annual leave or sick leave)

Shift: Days or Nights Available

About the Role

As a Bank Senior Care Assistant representing Barchester Healthcare through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to help deliver exceptional, person-centered care and support. Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, as well as supporting the clinical team in specialized areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. You will play a vital part in maintaining a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment that respects residents' dignity and individual preferences.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate leader ready to take on a flexible, rewarding role.

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
Knowledge & Experience: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and proven capability in mentoring or supervising care teams.
Attributes: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care. (With ongoing training provided, many Senior Carers progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.)
