Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Airedale NHS Foundation Trust to recruit an ambitious and talented doctor for a Chief Registrar or Clinical Fellow (Higher) in Medicine post based at Airedale General Hospital.

About the Role

This post offers a flexible, tailored experience depending on your career goals (Chief Registrar or ST3+ innovative track). Key responsibilities include:

Clinical Responsibilities: Managing the unselected acute medical take, working across acute and non-acute medical settings, and leading clinical care at an ST3 / IMT3 equivalent level both in and out of hours.
Chief Registrar / Quality Improvement Track (50% Clinical / 50% QI & Leadership): Driving quality improvement initiatives, enhancing patient outcomes, and developing high-level healthcare management experience.
Subspecialty Exposure: Opportunities to work clinically within various medical subspecialties, including acute medicine, cardiology, respiratory medicine, geriatrics, stroke medicine, and more.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated medical professional who meets the following essential criteria:

Registration & Qualifications: Full GMC Registration with a licence to practice, a valid Advanced Life Support (ALS) certificate, and Full MRCP.
Experience: Completed IMT1-2, Core Medical Training (or equivalent), with solid experience in managing acutely unwell medical patients and previous NHS experience in an equivalent post.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills under pressure.
