Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality person-centred care and support.
Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal care where required.
Participate in ward rounds and work closely with the multidisciplinary team.
Observe, monitor and report changes in patients' wellbeing and behaviour.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing for every service user.
Follow safeguarding, health & safety and infection control procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK.
Caring, compassionate and professional approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts, including weekends.
Commitment to delivering high-quality care in a neurological rehabilitation environment.
