About the Position

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is excited to partner with the Co-op to recruit an enthusiastic and community-focused Customer Team Member for their Fortrose store.

You’ll be an essential part of a friendly team, delivering great service, managing the shop floor and tills, working in our in-store bakery, and keeping shelves stocked so customers can always find what they need.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Provide a welcoming, helpful shopping experience and help resolve issues when they arise.
Store Operations: Work hands-on across the shop floor, tills, and in-store bakery to ensure daily routines run seamlessly.
Stock & Safety: Maintain high retail standards by checking stock accuracy, monitoring dates and temperatures, and keeping the store safe and legal.
Community & Membership: Champion Co-op Membership and support local community connections.
Flexible Working: Cover opening shifts with 6:00 AM starts through to early afternoon, with flexible availability including at least one weekend shift (Friday after 6:00 PM, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday). (Note: Must be aged 18+ due to early morning shift requirements).
