About the Role

Supportive Bridge is recruiting on behalf of Elysium Healthcare for a Lead Administrator to join Braeburn House in Salford, Manchester, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to lead and coordinate the administrative operations of a specialist healthcare service. You will oversee reception, secretarial services, medical records, and wider administrative functions while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and delivering outstanding support to staff, service users, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the administration and reception teams.
Coordinate secretarial, medical records and administrative services.
Support governance processes and administrative meetings.
Manage staffing, absences and annual leave within the administration team.
Ensure high-quality customer service for patients, visitors and staff.
Monitor departmental performance and implement service improvements.
Maintain personnel files, audits and administrative records.
Manage internal and external postal services.
Ensure office systems and security processes operate efficiently.
Assist with budget control and departmental administration.

Requirements

Previous experience in secretarial or HR administration.
NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organisational and supervisory skills.
Experience using office equipment and administrative systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
