About the Role

Supportive Bridge is recruiting on behalf of Elysium Healthcare for a Staff Nurse (RMN) to join Rosebank House in Reading, Berkshire, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality care within a specialist mental health rehabilitation service. You will play a key role in supporting service users with severe and enduring mental health needs while developing your clinical skills in a rewarding healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans.
Monitor, record and report changes in service users' mental and physical wellbeing.
Maintain accurate clinical records and nursing documentation.
Support recovery-focused care and therapeutic interventions.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues where appropriate.
Promote a safe, respectful and therapeutic environment.
Adhere to NMC standards and organisational policies.

Requirements

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
Valid NMC registration.
Previous nursing experience within the NHS or private healthcare sector.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate and patient-centred approach.
Strong organisational and clinical decision-making skills.
Commitment to delivering evidence-based, high-quality care.
