About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with a fast-growing, industry-leading retail giant to recruit a proactive and dedicated Warehouse Operations Assistant for day shifts on a permanent basis.

Full of initiative, you'll be instrumental in keeping our Regional Distribution Centre clean, efficient, and working correctly. In and around your day-to-day tasks—such as organizing pallets or operating a fork lift truck—you'll be alert, hands-on, and ready to tackle any challenge. From cleaning up spillages and printing price cards to keeping the vending machines stocked up, you'll take immense pride in getting things done to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment across the Regional Distribution Centre.
Handle day-to-day warehouse duties, including organizing pallets and operating a forklift truck.
Tackle varied tasks proactively, such as cleaning up spillages, printing price cards, and maintaining stock in vending machines.
Support the wider warehouse team to ensure goods flow smoothly from distribution to our expanding network of stores.

Skills & Experience

Highly proactive, full of initiative, and comfortable taking on a diverse range of daily tasks.
Alert, adaptable, and ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Previous warehouse or forklift truck operating experience is a distinct advantage, though full training will be provided.
A strong team player mindset with a commitment to high standards.
