Role Description

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Regulation and Quality Intelligence Officer to join a premier national healthcare organization. In this fully remote role (with occasional travel for meetings), you will play a pivotal part in transforming complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable insights that guide executive decision-making and uphold high regulatory standards across care homes and hospitals nationwide.

This position is ideal for an experienced data analyst or compliance specialist with a background in regulated sectors (preferably health and social care). If you excel at trend analysis, statutory oversight, and presenting concise reports to senior management, this role offers an empowering opportunity to drive continuous quality improvement across a large care network.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze weekly internal regulatory activities, monitor statutory notifications and safeguarding referrals, and identify emerging risks or trends across facilities.
Prepare comprehensive, high-level reports for executive leadership, board members, and senior management using data drawn from multiple operational streams.
Oversee external inspection activity (including CQC frameworks), perform competitor intelligence analysis, and update service risk profiles to guide proactive quality interventions.

Requirements

Strong, demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex qualitative and quantitative datasets accurately.
Prior experience within health and social care, nursing, or another heavily regulated industry sector.
Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional written/verbal communication skills, and confidence in presenting analytical findings to senior stakeholders.
