What You Will Do

Person-Centred Care: Ensure residents receive tailored personal care (bathing, dressing, oral care) that respects their preferences and promotes choice and independence.
Review: Contribute to and carry out care reviews to ensure resident plans accurately reflect their evolving needs.
Medication: Administer residents' medication safely, supportively, and compliantly.
Social Activity: Lead and participate in trips out, social engagements, and daily activities within the home.
Leadership: Support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development, and step up to lead the home when senior managers are unavailable.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care qualification (or working towards it)
Flexibility to work 48 hours per week, including alternate weekends
