Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Five Rivers Child Care Ltd for a Primary Teacher to join The Spires School in Salisbury, Wiltshire, UK.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a passionate teacher to support children and young people through a therapeutic and trauma-informed approach to education. You will deliver engaging, personalised learning while helping pupils build confidence, develop emotionally, and achieve positive educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver creative and personalised lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Support pupils within a trauma-informed and therapeutic educational environment.
Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and professionals.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the school's educational provision.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT/NQT.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
Ability to build positive working relationships.
Empathetic, resilient, and committed to supporting children with additional needs.
Full UK driving licence.
Right to work in the UK.
