About the Role

Are you friendly, hands-on, and passionate about fresh food and great service? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Morrisons to recruit enthusiastic temporary team members for their Market Street and Café departments in Eastwood.

In this role, you will prepare and serve high-quality food—from meals in the Café to fresh items on Market Street—playing a major role in making every customer's visit special. You will also cross-train across other store areas like Replenishment and Customer Service, making adaptability and teamwork essential.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Service: Serve meals in the Café and prepare fresh food (such as pizzas, fish, or meat) on Market Street to high standards.
Customer Care: Offer a warm, helpful approach, resolving customer queries and ensuring shoppers get what they need, when they need it.
Fast-Paced Operations: Work effectively within a structured, timed environment to keep everything running smoothly during evening and weekend shifts.
Cross-Store Flexibility: Provide adaptable support across other in-store teams—such as Customer Service or Replenishment—wherever assistance is required.
