Role Description

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) to join a warm care home community in Derby, UK. In this flexible night-shift position, you will exercise clinical autonomy to deliver high-quality, holistic care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents. Working as a key clinical professional during overnight shifts, you will foster a safe, dignified environment while utilizing your clinical expertise to support resident health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee overnight clinical care, including safe administration of medication, clinical assessments, and developing personalized care plans.
Exercise sound professional judgment to address dynamic health needs and maintain regulatory compliance with MCA, DoLS, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
Lead and collaborate with night care staff to maintain a calm, supportive, and person-centered environment for all residents.

Requirements

Active and valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration as an RGN.
Solid background in care planning, risk assessments, and understanding healthcare regulatory frameworks.
Excellent clinical decision-making skills paired with a compassionate, person-centered approach to nursing.
