Senior Software Engineer - Maximus

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Senior Software Engineer - Maximus to join their technology team in London or Manchester, UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced software engineer to help build innovative digital solutions that support business operations across Bupa. Working within the Maximus Product Team, you will develop and maintain applications using Microsoft technologies while contributing to the organisation's digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
Build solutions with Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-focused solutions.
Develop secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
Create and execute test plans to ensure high-quality applications.
Support deployment, release planning, and system integration activities.
Provide application support and troubleshoot technical issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement and Agile development practices.

Requirements

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse.
Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, and APIs.
Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
Experience with software design, testing, and application support.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Passion for continuous learning and collaboration.
