About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit a creative and customer-focused Market Street Florist for their store in Canvey Island.

In this exciting role, you will be the face of our fresh flower shop. Whether you are a trained florist or someone with a natural flair and passion for floristry design, you will bring your skills to life by creating stunning displays, developing new business lines, and helping our customers' careers and gifts 'blossom'!

Key Responsibilities

Ensure customer confidence in the availability of fresh flowers aligned with market trends.
Utilize your floristry skills to develop new business areas for value-added lines.
Maintain quality, fresh, and attractive flower displays throughout the trading day to promote sales.
Ensure the continuous replenishment of hand-ties and products to meet required customer standards.
Handle customer queries and orders with confidence and comprehensive product knowledge.
Deliver outstanding, friendly service that highlights traditional skills and fresh products, creating moments that matter.
Work flexibly across other store locations when required.

What The Role Requires

Fully qualified to NVQ Level 2 or 3 in floristry, or possess equivalent hands-on industry experience.
A friendly, supportive approach with a passion for meeting new people and going above and beyond.
Enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced, varied environment.
Able to use initiative to support and resolve customer queries.
Skilled in using equipment safely while maintaining high health and safety standards.
Available for fully flexible shift patterns and willing to support other locations when needed.
Must be over the school leaver’s age.
