About the Role

As a Bank Chef, you will enjoy flexible part-time work delivering hotel and restaurant standards without the exhausting split shifts and long working weeks. You will assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavoursome, and well-balanced menus while engaging directly with residents to tailor meals around their preferences. We are proud to deliver person-centred hospitality across all our services and look for warm, motivated, and passionate chefs driven by quality.

What You Need to Have

A personable and warm approach with a genuine interest in residents' wellbeing.
City & Guilds / NVQ / SVQ or equivalent culinary qualifications.
Experience in helping lead and inspire a kitchen team.
A good understanding of nutrition and working with fresh, seasonal food.
The ability to create a warm, welcoming environment and a solid understanding of HACCP.

What You Will Do

Help manage the kitchen efficiently in the Head Chef’s absence.
Work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality, wholesome dishes cooked to the highest standards.
Help create a warm, efficient, and fun environment while managing budgets, audits, and stock control.
Assist in leading and motivating the kitchen team.
