Key Responsibilities:

Academic Delivery: Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons, with the ability or willingness to teach English and/or Maths up to GCSE level.
Tailored Learning: Plan creative learning opportunities that challenge students—whether they are grasping the absolute basics or pursuing an advanced talent or passion.
Classroom Leadership: Manage complex and challenging behaviors with a calm, non-judgmental approach, pairing absolute consistency with flexible understanding.
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to shape both the academic curriculum and extra-curricular offers, bringing your own unique passions and interests to the table.

What We Are Looking For (Person Specification)

Qualifications: Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an SEN/SEMH Teacher.
Skills: Exceptional subject knowledge (including SEND pedagogy), a proven track record of high-quality lesson delivery, and robust, confident classroom management skills.
Traits: A passionate, positive team player who can advocate fiercely for every child.
