Partnering with Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are looking for an energetic and imaginative Activities Coordinator to join the team at Cedars Care Home. In this hugely rewarding role, you will help create a stimulating environment by designing fun, motivational activities tailored to every resident's interests and abilities. By getting to know our residents and their families, you will build bespoke programs focused on maximizing independence, social engagement, and overall wellbeing—both within the home and out in the local community.
