About the Role

Join a fun, close-knit warehouse team keeping store shelves stocked across the region! As a Selector Ambient (Days), you’ll be responsible for picking stock for specific stores and loading them onto pallets, ready for delivery drivers to collect.

Working in the ambient section, you'll manage everyday items ranging from tinned goods to health and beauty products. Guided by voice instructions via a headset, accuracy and attention to detail—like checking store numbers and paperwork—are key. Warehouse teams are the backbone of Aldi's lightning-fast growth, ensuring products make it to store shelves on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities

Voice Picking: Receive clear instructions via headset to accurately pick stock for specific stores.
Pallet Loading: Build and stack pallets safely and efficiently for driver collection.
Quality Check: Ensure store numbers and paperwork match picked items correctly.
Stock Management: Handle a wide variety of ambient products (tinned foods, toiletries, etc.) with care.
