Healthcare Assistant

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Elysium Healthcare for a Healthcare Assistant to join Clipstone House in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to work within a specialist complex care service supporting individuals with highly complex needs and behaviours. As part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care while helping service users achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to service users.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required.
Observe, monitor and report changes in service users' physical and mental wellbeing.
Participate in ward rounds and contribute to care planning.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Promote dignity, independence and recovery-focused care.
Follow safeguarding, infection control and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar care setting.
Compassionate, caring and professional approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations.
Flexible to work 12.5-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
