Located in the quiet suburb of St Johns in Worcester, close to the town center, Bromyard Road is a specialized residential service supporting six female residents. This home is specifically designed for females who are autistic or navigating mental health needs, with tailored support for individuals living with a personality disorder. The team's overarching mission is to help these individuals develop the essential skills they need to enjoy happy, healthy, and independent lives back in the wider community.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this vital role, you will be an essential part of a compassionate team working together to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service and to support the holistic wellbeing of the residents.

Creating a Homely Environment: Focus on maintaining a safe, comfortable, structured, and welcoming living space where residents feel secure and can thrive.
Operational Support: Assist with the daily operations and organization of the home, playing an active part in creating a positive, therapeutic experience for everyone who lives and works there.
Team Collaboration: Partner with clinical and qualified care staff to ensure the environment aligns with the residents' specific recovery and treatment plans.
Promoting Well-being: Bring an uplifting, positive presence to the service, ensuring the spaces are well looked after and resident dignity is preserved at all times.
