Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Elysium Healthcare for a Registered Manager to join Tydfil House in Abergavenny, UK. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced care professional to oversee the delivery of high-quality residential rehabilitation services for adults transitioning from hospital to community living.

The successful candidate will lead the service, drive operational excellence, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure outstanding person-centred care while supporting the continued growth and success of the service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.
Build strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams, commissioners, and external partners to support excellent service delivery.
Monitor quality, financial performance, and service development while promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements

Registered with Social Care Wales and qualified with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
At least 5 years' experience within healthcare, including experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager.
Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and experience managing regulated residential care services.
