As the leader of this home, you will work hand-in-hand with an on-site multi-disciplinary clinical team—including Psychologists and Occupational Therapists—who directly feed into your home's care strategies. The Role: Get Out What You Put In

This is an incredibly rewarding, senior operational role where you will take complete ownership of a premium residential environment, ensuring staff and young people feel safe, secure, and motivated.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Operational Excellence: Overseeing the day-to-day management, care standards, and physical environment of an 8-bed residential children's home.
Ofsted Compliance: Taking full ownership of Ofsted requirements to maintain or exceed a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' rating.
Referral Management: Actively managing and driving the admissions and new referral process to build a stable, balanced home dynamic.
Inspirational Leadership: Mentoring, guiding, and upskilling a dedicated team of residential support workers, ensuring trauma-informed care practices are seamlessly integrated.

What We Need From You

We are seeking an enthusiastic, emotionally resilient, and highly organized leader who has a true passion for shifting the trajectories of young lives.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing an Ofsted-rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' children's residential home.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
A committed, inspiring leadership style with the ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary dynamics.
A full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
