Partnering with Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are looking for a dedicated Night Senior Carer to join the team at The Spires. In this role, you will oversee the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care. Alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants and support the clinical team in specialised areas such as medication administration, assessments, care plans, and care reviews—all while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

About You

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge: Specific knowledge and understanding of clinical care for the elderly.
Attributes: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and deeply committed to individualised care.
Ambition: Excellent motivational and interpersonal skills, with fantastic career progression opportunities into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
