Role: Store Manager (Store Operations)
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £52,910 – £69,000 per annum (pro rata)
- Salary based on a 45-hour contract. 40-hour contracts are also available and pro-rated accordingly.
Contract Type: Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing

As Store Manager, no two days are the same. You will have full operational ownership of your store, balancing people management with commercial performance:

Operational Leadership: Manage store deliveries, place stock orders, and schedule rotas to hit key efficiency targets.
Team Development: Motivate, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high operational standards.
Financial & Commercial Focus: Drive sales growth, control operational costs, manage time efficiently, and carry out routine spot checks (e.g., till audits).
Customer Focus: Handle customer queries professionally and cultivate a welcoming, high-standard shopping environment.
