With flexible contracts ranging from 16 to 30 hours a week and highly adaptable shift patterns, this is the perfect opportunity to balance a meaningful career with your personal commitments.

In this role, you will be supporting residents and tenants with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them build critical life skills and move forward with confidence. While previous experience in adult social care is a great bonus, it isn't required. We are searching for compassionate, friendly individuals who display the right values and a true desire to make a difference.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centered care designed to encourage independence and protect the dignity of the individuals we support. Your responsibilities will include:

Empowering Independence: Assisting individuals to build life skills, manage daily activities, and maintain their tenancies at their own comfortable pace.
Holistic Day-to-Day Care: Helping residents with daily routines, which may include light personal care, engaging in recreational activities, and supporting overall health and well-being.
Community Integration: Accompanying and encouraging tenants to actively participate in local community events and pursue hobbies that align with their personal goals.
Collaborative Practice: Assisting qualified staff with care plan implementation, liaising with healthcare specialists, and consistently embedding the REACH standards into your daily routine.
Administration: Completing daily electronic and paper progress records accurately, involving the individuals in the process whenever appropriate.

A patient, empathetic nature paired with a friendly, positive approach to work.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (competent in verbal and written English).
Great initiative and the ability to work effectively independently as well as part of a close team.
A strong commitment to following health, safety, and company policies.
Please note: You must have the right to work in the UK. A social care qualification is desirable but not essential.
