Supportive Bridge Limited is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Waiter/Waitress (Host) to join Richmond Villages Wood Norton in Worcestershire, UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional dining and hospitality services within a luxury retirement village. You'll help create a welcoming dining experience while supporting residents with care, dignity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare the restaurant and café for meal services.
Serve meals, refreshments, and room service to residents.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas.
Deliver excellent customer service and support residents during mealtimes.
Assist with additional hospitality duties as required.

Requirements

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable.
Friendly, caring, and professional attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
