Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Five Rivers for a Residential Team Leader to join their residential children's home in Salisbury, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced childcare professional to lead and support a dedicated team while helping create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children and young people. You will play a key role in supporting daily care, mentoring staff, and promoting the wellbeing and development of every child.

Responsibilities

Support children with daily routines, education, and appointments.
Lead and mentor residential support staff.
Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
Support the leadership team with staff development and supervision.
Promote a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic home environment.
Encourage positive outcomes and emotional wellbeing for children.

Requirements

QCF Level 3/4 in Children and Young People or equivalent.
Experience in residential child care.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Good IT and record-keeping skills.
Right to Work in the UK.
