Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full sales lifecycle across assigned care homes, handling inquiries, delivering informative family tours, and managing client contacts.
Connect actively with local community groups and health organizations to raise facility awareness and generate qualified resident leads.
Execute local marketing campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and partner with home managers to meet occupancy goals.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably within a care home or healthcare environment.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Valid full UK driving licence with willingness to travel regularly between assigned locations.
