Morrisons is looking for a dedicated Online Team Leader to drive the performance of our in-store online operations in Connah's Quay. As the driving force behind our online team, you will ensure orders are picked accurately, managed efficiently, and delivered seamlessly to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Create an engaging department environment where colleagues place customers at the heart of everything they do and contribute ideas for improvement.
Build a supportive, performance-driven culture where achievements and contributions are regularly recognised and rewarded.
Analyse department data to identify opportunities to simplify processes, speed up workflows, and implement quick solutions to any risks.
Take full responsibility for ensuring all customer orders are picked, despatched, and delivered within required timescales with a minimal number of substitutions.
Ensure all company policies, procedures, and legal obligations are strictly adhered to across the department.
Foster a friendly and helpful service style that goes above and beyond for every customer.

What We Are Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will need:

Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Experience in developing and leading teams, coaching colleagues to build competence, confidence, and high performance.
Strong operational and technical knowledge of retail online fulfillment departments.
Excellent planning, organisational, and workload management skills for yourself and direct reports.
The ability to work efficiently and accurately to strict deadlines.
