As the Deputy Nurse Manager at Oak Grange Care Home, you will support the General Manager in delivering exceptional, high-standard care and take on senior leadership duties in their absence. You will inspire a multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life, leading by example through regular clinical audits, supervised practice, and monitoring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Oversight: Support the General Manager, lead multidisciplinary teams, and maintain top-tier clinical and care standards through regular audits and supervision.
Risk & Safeguarding: Manage safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments with precision and care.
Operational Management: Assist with HR responsibilities, budget management, rotas, and strategies to drive continuous quality improvement across the home.
Quality of Life: Ensure person-centred care plans are expertly implemented so residents receive the dignity, respect, and support they deserve.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Proven clinical experience supporting residents with diverse health needs, alongside a strong track record in safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
Skills: Management capabilities including HR experience, budget oversight, and a strong understanding of clinical governance.
