Key Responsibilities:

Academic Support: Assist with classroom teaching and learning, working 1:1 or with small groups.
Social & Emotional Growth: Create, play, and teach games that develop social skills; mentor students during social times, like lunch.
Safety & Guidance: Keep children safe when they experience heightened behaviours by utilizing strong behaviour management and exceptional communication skills.
Enrichment: Manage classroom resources, build vibrant educational displays, and accompany children on educational trips and visits.
Professional Reflection: Participate in therapeutic training sessions, reflect on challenging periods, and proudly celebrate every milestone.

Your Input Matters: The school highly values its TAs as crucial members of the team. You will be invited to contribute to decision-making, advocate for the students, and bring your own personal passions and interests to help develop both the academic and extra-curricular curriculum.
