Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is pleased to recruit on behalf of Care UK, an award-winning care provider seeking an exceptional Care Team Leader to join their team in Edinburgh, UK. In this pivotal leadership role, you will take charge of shift operations, delegate tasks to care assistants, and collaborate closely with families and medical professionals. You will be key in developing individualized care plans, carrying out risk assessments, and ensuring safe medication administration to keep residents active, safe, and independent.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily shift activities, assign tasks appropriately, and safely administer and record resident medications.
Case manage residents, perform risk assessments, and liaise with healthcare specialists and families to deliver optimal care plans.
Partner with senior leadership to elevate service quality while working directly alongside care assistants on the floor.

Requirements

SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, or a willingness to work towards the qualification, along with supervisory experience.
Strong organizational capability, digital literacy, and a practical understanding of care planning workflows.
Experienced in or willing to undergo training for medication administration, backed by a strong desire to enrich residents' lives.
