Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of Supportive Bridge Limited for a strategic and outcome-driven Lead Technology Service Manager to join their IT leadership team in Epsom, UK.

In this hybrid leadership role, you will partner with the Head of Technology Service to shape service strategy, drive continuous improvement, and embed service standards across a designated technology business unit. Working 37.5 hours per week, you will lead service specialists and collaborate with cross-functional technology squads to ensure reliable, high-quality IT service delivery.

Role Description

As a Lead Technology Service Manager, you will oversee IT service management standards, frameworks, and operational governance within your business unit. You will lead root cause analysis for major incidents, utilize data insights to drive process optimizations, and mentor a high-performing team of technology service specialists to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with technology leaders to shape service strategy, implement service standards, and embed support requirements into solution designs.
Lead root cause analysis, resolve complex service issues, and implement preventative measures across technology systems.
Coach, develop, and lead service specialists while using reporting insights to drive continuous improvement and business value.

Requirements

Significant leadership experience in a senior IT Service Management, Service Delivery, or Technology Support role.
Deep knowledge of IT service management frameworks, principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and root cause analysis.
Proven ability to inspire teams, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and leverage data to optimize service performance.
