Location: Moors Manor Care Home, 243 Ringwood Road, Ringwood, BH24 2DW

Pay Rate: £23.27 per hour

Hours: 48.00 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Day Shifts

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the exceptional care they deserve.

We’ll look to you to create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, relying on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions. Your responsibilities will span from developing tailored care plans to administering medication safely and delivering excellence across everything you do. As an RGN here, you will have the autonomy to do things the right way—and be truly valued and respected for what you do.

About You

To join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will need:

Current NMC registration (RGN).
A strong, up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices.
Proven experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
An understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
A dedicated, compassionate, and person-centred approach to nursing.
