About the Role

Are you looking for a secure, permanent daytime role with a fast-growing, industry-leading team? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our client to recruit dedicated Warehouse Selectors for day operations (working Thursday to Sunday) at the Darlington Distribution Centre.

As part of a fun, close-knit team, you will accurately "pick" stock for specific stores and load them onto the right pallets, ensuring everything is ready for our drivers to collect.

The Role: Receiving instructions through a headset, you will need to stay sharp and pay close attention to critical details, such as store numbers and accurate paperwork.
The Environment: You will be working in a temperature-controlled chiller area (around 5°C), handling all chilled products. Don't worry—the necessary uniform and gear will be provided to keep you warm!
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Manual lifting required throughout your shift
- In-house MHE (Material Handling Equipment) training provided
- A great team player with a can-do attitude who works well under pressure
