This is an excellent opportunity for passionate education professionals to support children and young people in an alternative education setting. As an HLTA, you will work in a trauma-informed environment, assisting teachers in both classroom and community-based learning while helping students develop confidence and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

Support teachers in delivering engaging learning activities.
Assist children and young people in classroom and outreach settings.
Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
Support students with SEND and additional educational needs.
Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and external agencies.

Requirements

Good written communication and IT skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent active listening skills.
Valid UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle (essential).
Right to Work in the UK.
