Are you looking for a flexible, community-focused role where you can get out on the road and support a fantastic local team? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Co-op to recruit a dedicated Customer Team Member - Home Delivery Driver in Bowmore!

In this role, you will be the friendly face of the community, delivering shopping straight to customers' doors to make their day a little easier. When you're not out on deliveries, you’ll work hands-on in-store, helping to pick and pack orders, serve on the tills, restock shelves, and keep things running smoothly.

Working Pattern: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, including weekends (to be discussed further at interview).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver with Care: Pick, pack, and safely drive to deliver customer orders directly to their doorsteps while providing exceptional, friendly service.
Support In-Store Operations: Work flexibly as part of the team by serving on tills, restocking shelves, and handling general daily store tasks.
Safety First: Carry out routine vehicle checks and adhere strictly to safe ways of working.
Community Engagement: Promote Co-op membership and build positive relationships with local customers.

What We Are Looking For

Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points.
Personality: A friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude with a true passion for customer service.
Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility: Willingness to work scheduled shift patterns, including weekends.
