Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit a high-performing Customer Service Manager for their Cheadle Heath store in Stockport.

As Customer Service Manager, you will lead by example to ensure customers remain at the heart of everything we do. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will empower colleagues to deliver exceptional service, manage department operations, and foster a supportive, performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

Customer First Leadership: Lead and empower colleagues to put customers first, listening and responding effectively to customer feedback.
Operational & People Management: Efficiently manage all people routines, including scheduling, absence tracking, performance management, and talent development.
Team Training & Development: Deliver comprehensive training to ensure team members have the capability, confidence, and cross-departmental skills to succeed.
Store Collaboration: Work closely with other store managers to maintain market-leading product availability and drive performance against targets.
Store Leadership: Take a proactive leadership role across the wider store, planning resources thoroughly and building strong cross-departmental relationships.
