Located in St Johns—a charming suburb of Worcester close to the town centre—Bromyard Road is a peaceful residential home supporting six women who are autistic or living with mental health needs, specifically tailored for those with a personality disorder. The home is dedicated to helping these women develop the essential skills they need to enjoy happy, healthy, and independent lives back in the community.

## What You’ll Be Doing

In this specific role, your contribution is vital to the smooth running of the house and the overall wellbeing of the residents. While this position focuses on the environment and operations rather than direct, hands-on personal care, you are a crucial part of the team. Your core responsibilities will include:

Creating a Welcoming Environment: Helping to maintain a safe, highly comfortable, organized, and welcoming home for everyone who lives and works there.
Operational Support: Assisting with the day-to-day running of the service, keeping communal spaces well looked after, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Working alongside compassionate, multidisciplinary care colleagues to ensure the service runs smoothly and seamlessly.
Fostering Positivity: Contributing directly to a calm, structured, and positive atmosphere that supports the residents' recovery and emotional stability.
