About the Role

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a warm and dedicated Bank Food & Beverage Assistant for Mortain Place Care Home.

In this flexible role, you will play an essential part in creating a welcoming, enjoyable dining experience for residents, families, and visitors. Working closely with the hospitality and kitchen teams, you will assist with serving meals and refreshments, keeping dining areas clean and inviting, and helping make every mealtime a positive, high-standard experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Serving meals, snacks, and refreshments with a friendly and professional approach.
Preparing and maintaining clean, comfortable, and inviting dining areas.
Assisting with general kitchen and hospitality duties as required.
Collaborating smoothly with the wider care and catering teams to deliver exceptional service.

About You
