## The Role

As a Senior Support Worker, you will lead by example, supervising a dedicated team of support workers while directly impacting the daily lives of our residents.

Lead & Mentor: Supervise and act as a positive role model for the support team.
Active Engagement: Participate in day-to-day individual support plans and community activities within a sometimes challenging environment.
