As a Care Team Leader, you will manage floor operations during shifts, direct care staff, and collaborate closely with families and healthcare professionals. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding residents, carrying out risk assessments, maintaining individualized care plans, and maintaining high clinical standards across the service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily shift activities, delegate duties, and safely administer and record resident medications.
Case manage residents, perform risk assessments, and liaise with families and healthcare specialists to refine care plans.
Work closely with senior management to enhance service quality while working alongside care assistants on the floor.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred, along with proven leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and a solid understanding of care planning workflows.
